Job Description:

  1. Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
  2. Presenting company products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.
  3. Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
  4. Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
  5. Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.
  6. Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
  7. Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.
  8. Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.
  9. Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.
  10. Provide training on the use of tools and function tests.
  11. Prepare filing of contract documents up to the billing stage.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, medical office management, or related field is preferred.
  2. Willing to be domiciled in JOABDETABEK (around Jakarta, Cibinong, Sukabumi, Bogor).
  3. Have 3 years experience in the same field of Medical Sales.
  4. Certification as a medical equipment is an added value.
  5. Proven work experience in medical equipment.
  6. Understanding of testing equipment technologies.
  7. Ability to lift medical product knowledge.
  8. Extensive knowledge of medical equipment.
  9. Good interpersonal communication skills.
  10. Good selling skills.
  11. High willingness to learn.
  12. Ability to manage emotions effectively.
  13. Good time management skills.
  14. Able to drive a vehicle, especially motorbikes.
  15. Willing to work with targets.
