Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive and achieve sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales plans.
  • Execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals to grow revenue and profitability.
  • Build and expand the customer base by fostering strong relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitors and economic indicators, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Develop market entry strategies for key industries and emerging segments using data-driven insights.
  • Promote a healthy product mix to support sustainable growth and revenue generation.
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills to close deals with client's decision-makers.
  • Coordinate sales activities, prepare regular sales forecasts and track performance.
  • Ensure timely collection from customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Continuously engage in professional training and development programs.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate possess Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
  • Prefer 3-5 years of experience in business development, especially in plastics, chemicals, rubber or related industries.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
