Purpose of the Role:

The Sales Exclusive role focuses on driving sales growth by securing orders from pharmacies and hospitals while building strong customer relationships. This role requires a proactive approach in understanding customer needs, providing product knowledge, and expanding market presence in the assigned region.

Expectations of the Role:
  1. Taking orders from pharmacies and hospitals
  2. Creating demand and building strong relationships with customers
  3. Providing product knowledge and information to customers
Attributes Required:

Must Have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  3. Possess a Class C Driver’s License.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, pharmacies, and hospitals.
  6. Team player with a strong work ethic.
  7. High level of honesty and discipline.
  8. Willingness to work in various locations.
  9. Familiarity with Palembang area.
  10. Proficiency in computer operations.
