Position: Sales Excellence Officer

What you will do?

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (internal and external).
• Perform data cleansing to eliminate errors, duplication, or missing values.
• Perform data analysis using various statistical techniques such as Excel, Big Query, Looker, or other data analysis tools to analyze data or identify significant patterns or trends.
• Create interactive dashboards and easy-to-understand data visualizations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (operational or strategic).
• Collaborate with field teams, head office, and management to evaluate business metrics and team productivity performance and provide insights to improve performance.
• Calculate and evaluate employee incentives based on KPIs or targets.
• Manage ad-hoc data request projects across departments.
• Develop reporting standardization and data reporting automation by collaborating with IT or internal systems to streamline analytical processes.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of analyzed data to ensure compliance with company privacy policies and regulations.
• Guide data analysts intern in carrying out their tasks.
• Check the quality of data output before submitting it to stakeholders.
• Assist with interdepartmental coordination for data requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Statistics / Mathematics / Industrial Engineering / Computer Science / Economics
• Minimum 2-5 years as a Data Analyst, including team coordination experience
• Good in English (for business communication & presentation)
• Have certification (optional) related to Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to operate Tableau & Looker Studio
• Proficient in SQL/Big Query, SQL, Power BI / Tableau, Python/R (optional)
• Familiar with dashboard creation, familiar with data processing.
• Understand basic statistical methods, correlation, regression, forecasting
• Able to understand and solve complex problems
• Apply logical and analytical approaches to problem solving
• Good communication skills, able to explain insights to non-data users clearly and concisely
• Able to compile recommendations based on data with a systematic approach
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Able to direct the work of other team members.
• Willing to work from office (WFO) in Pulomas, East Jakarta
• Willing to carry out mobility at Jabodetabek area branches.
