Job description

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our sister company, PT Mitra Wira Pratama. As a leading supplier, stockist, distributor, and sole agent of various valve brands, we operate under ISO 9001 – 2015 standards, ensuring the highest quality products and services.

Please consider the following scope and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new customer relationships and increase sales to meet targets.
2. Prepare technical and commercial sales quotations.
3. Negotiate selling prices and payment terms acceptable to the company.
4. Forecast sales, identify new market opportunities, and conduct market research.
5. Travel to visit potential customers.
6. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Educational background of D3/S1 in Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Engineer in the industrial valve market.
• Familiarity with various valve products.
• Strong technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, effective communication, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, motivated, and a team player.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Good behavior, passionate, proactive, and energetic.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Active SIM A (preferred).
