Job Description

We are looking for passionate Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our client, one of the world’s leading heavy machinery manufacturers from China. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client networks, and ensuring client satisfaction in your assigned region.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily customer visits and canvassing to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build sales pipeline, input customer information into system, and follow up end-to-end sales process.
  • Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and report progress in daily morning meetings.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor data, and customer requirements.
  • Provide consultation to customers about full product portfolio.
  • Support implementation of marketing strategies including pricing, product, and channel plans.
  • Assist in after-sales coordination with service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience; experience in heavy machinery, trucks, construction, or concrete products is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to communicate in English (written & spoken).
  • Having own car/vehicle is preferred.
