Job Description:

Our client is a prominent U.S.-based company specializing in construction and building products, known for its diverse and innovative product portfolio.

  1. Develop and execute sales promotion strategies to achieve business goals.
  2. Work in conjunction with the Sales Manager to implement action plans aligned with sales targets and strategy.
  3. Identify customer needs and opportunities to drive profitable business growth.
  4. Manage accounts receivable to minimize overdue payments and bad debt risks, while meeting financial objectives.
  5. Provide accurate sales forecasts to prevent inventory issues and support production planning.
  6. Generate timely reports on customer visits and compile monthly summaries of sales revenue, accounts receivable, and industry trends.
  7. Conduct market research, update customer profiles, and identify new potential clients.
  8. Foster and expand new business opportunities and customer relationships to enhance sales growth.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Civil Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  2. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in technical sales related to waterproofing applications is preferred.
  3. Experience with multinational corporations (MNCs) is an advantage.
  4. Strong proficiency in English.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
