Job Description
  • Develop sales plans, activities and manage day-to-day activities in order to implement the organization’s overall business strategy for an assigned geography, product line, market segment and customers/accounts.
  • Establish, expand and manage Bosch Rexroth Sales Partners / Distributors in Indonesia.
  • Execute sales and product marketing activities to achieve defined targets and support company business strategies.
  • Proactively in searching for customer intelligence and create new opportunities in all segments of customers/key accounts.
  • Continuously monitoring the result of business operation and development.
  • Demonstration: Explaining and demonstrating the product's technical capabilities to prospective customer.
  • Custom Solutions: Working with customers to adapt the product to their specific requirements.
  • Technical Support: Offering technical advice and solutions during the sales cycle and sometimes post-sale.
  • Regular and periodic travelling.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree on engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial will be preferred).
  • Work Experience

  • Having knowledge in hydraulics, mechanical and electrical
