Achieve personal & business unit target and agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Learn product & application knowledge and able to understand customer needs.
Generate new leads and assist in organizing marketing events to enhance new leads.
Work closely with end-users and dealers in private industry.
Required language(s): English.
At least 2 years of working experience as a sales engineer is required for this position.
Preferably has knowledge of industrial processes, load cells, etc.
Knowledge of automation, transmitters, Industry 4.0, and IoT will be an advantage.
Hard worker and target-oriented.
Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical or equivalent.
Willing to be assigned in Surabaya Area.
