As we continue to grow and expand serving Indonesia market, we are looking for competent and agile team members to join us as: Sales Engineer (preferably based in Sangatta, or in East/North Kalimantan).

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct sales activities and provide consultative selling.
  2. Sell system solutions for mining business and general industries to existing and new accounts.
  3. Spearhead the sales effort, building pipeline, perform sales cycle and negotiation process to ensure high success rate with efficient contracts/optimized profit, including sales contact planning and reporting, for total customer relationship management.
  4. Be an active player, ever-engaging potential customers, in the development of new business and follow route map for existing portfolios.
  5. Provide solutions and monitor customer complaint handling processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Reports to Sales Manager Balikpapan, be a supportive team player with Balikpapan Project & Service and Logistics team.
  7. Liaising with Head Office Engineering and Operations to ensure a smooth solutions delivery process to customers.
  8. Support in following-up customers' payments in order to ensure a healthy account receivable.
  9. Ethically and respectfully conducting our business.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering, with GPA min 2.8.
  2. Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales in Industrial / Engineering Industry, especially in Mining sector.
  3. Proven sales record and experience, handling project sales is an advantage.
  4. Experience and Network in Mining and Other Industries in Kalimantan is an advantage.
  5. Strong background with understanding of the business, industry, customers, agents, and relevant financial aspect of the business.
  6. Good knowledge in general filtration and hydraulics products.
  7. Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  8. Good computer, technical, and analytical skill.
  9. Comfortable in English - other languages is an advantage - that the job requires for customer relationship and contacts management.
  10. Flexible, open-minded, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  11. Self-motivated, and with high drive for our common goals.
  12. Willing to travel quite extensively to project sites, adjust to Mining sites working schedules.
  13. Comply and strictly adhere to corporate Business Code, company's regulations, and ethical conducts.
