Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Surabaya. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and sales support, conducting product presentations, and understanding customer requirements to offer appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include developing customer relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and resolving any technical issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Packaging Machinery or Raw Material Packaging Machinery, at least 1 year.
• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Experience in preparing technical proposals and presentations
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the packaging machinery industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel as required
• Excellent communication in English, Mandarin is a plus.
