Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer at PT Tekno Fluida Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. This full-time position is based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions and support to our valued clients. Your expertise and exceptional customer service will be instrumental in strengthening our position in the fluid technologies.

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
2. Prepare and present technical proposals, demonstrations, and quotations
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of projects
4. Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and maintenance assistance
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to enhance our offerings
6. Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies

What we're looking for

1. Age ranging between 27 and 40 years old
2. S1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or relevant technical field
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role
4. Well-rounded mechanical aptitude and familiar with Hydraulic, Filtration, and Wastewater Treatment.
5. Familiarity with pumps, motors, valves, flanges, seals, piping, tanks, sensors, instrumentation, control systems, process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and process flow diagrams (PFDs).
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
8. Familiarity with the industries and related technologies.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
10. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
11. Having Driver License (SIM A and C).
