Job description

This technical position serves as first-layer support to handle customer projects and issues while also contributing to pre-sales activities. The candidate will work with diverse systems, software, and hardware while developing relationships that drive business growth . Technologies include cabling infrastructure, CCTV systems, access door control, network and server systems, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the product or system for the client according to the current project.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and advise the system on customer problems or requests.
• Conduct training for clients after the product/system is installed.
• Make regular maintenance visits to clients about the products and systems implemented.
• Maintain and establish good relationships with clients.
• Create the necessary document supporting the project.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Assist the sales team with a technical survey or demonstration
• Collaborate with sales to understand client requirements

Qualifications:

• Understanding of basic system and network technology
