An established industry player seeks a Sales Engineer to drive business development and client engagement in the Indonesian market. This role involves identifying new opportunities, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions in the industrial crane sector. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for business development, client engagement, and selling ElectroMech’s industrial cranes and lifting solutions. You will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and delivering customized solutions that add value to our clients' operations.
Sales coverage : East and Central Java
Represent ElectroMech and promote our range of Overhead Cranes and Material Handling Solutions in the Indonesian market.
Identify strong prospects using research, market intelligence, cold calling, and referrals
Visit customer sites to understand technical requirements and assess feasibility
Prepare and deliver customized techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams
Nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel towards successful closure
Maintain updated sales data and activity reports in the CRM
Provide timely market feedback and competitor insights to support strategic planning
Collaborate with design, execution, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
Education:
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production Engineering
Experience:
Experience in B2B sales of capital equipment / industrial solutions / engineering products
Skills Required:
Strong technical aptitude with consultative sales approach
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven
Willingness to travel across assigned territories in Indonesia
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
