Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Depok at PT. Inotech Integra Otomasi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communication with customers, sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Promote Inotech product solutions within the Indonesia Enterprise Market.
• Liaise with the technical department to communicate Inotech solutions effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
• Plan and support marketing and branding activities for the enterprise business segment.
• Participate in industry events, technology forums, and presentations to increase market awareness.
• Monitor competitor activities and develop alternative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Present products and Services to customers and raise awareness of Inotech product portfolio.
• Ensure competitiveness of Inotech solutions by offering differentiated, customized, and scenario-based solution strategies for customer needs and competition.
