Sales Engineer

Build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly to understand their needs and requirements and deliver value-adding solutions.

1. Generate new business by prospecting, networking, and cold-calling.
2. Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly.
3. Maintain up-to-date customer information and customer visits report on the company CRM system.
4. Collaborate with internal departments and team members to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
5. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
6. Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Data Communications, and/or Instrumentation).
3. Industry knowledge of Process, Energy, Machinery, or Transportation markets is advantageous.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently.
6. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
8. Results-driven with the ability to focus on achieving objectives and goals.
9. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
10. Willingness to travel.
