Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Keeping the Sales & Distribution system running well, managing routine maintenance, updates, and system security with the aim of the system always being available and operating optimally.
2. Provide technical assistance and solutions to users regarding the use of the Sales & Distribution system, as well as solving technical problems that arise with the aim of ensuring a good understanding of how to use the system effectively.
3. Participate in system development, propose and implement improvements, and provide input with the aim of improving the functionality of the Sales & Distribution system.
4. Conduct regular monitoring and reports on system performance with the aim of identifying potential improvements or changes needed.
5. Integrating the Sales & Distribution system with other systems related to the Sales & Distribution process with the aim of ensuring the process runs as a whole.

Improvement Management:

1. Carry out improvements using Improvement management tools (Small Group Activity (SGA), Suggestion System (SS), CFT, A3 Report, etc.) with the aim of achieving continuous improvement from time to time.
