Job Description



Sales Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals in the construction and infrastructure sector, particularly for toll and bridge projects.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure targets are met.


Tender Management:
  • Organize and oversee the preparation of Tender Budget Plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
  • Lead the process of tender submissions for APBN, APBD, BUMN, and private/local projects, including participation in e-catalog tenders.
  • Analyze tender documents, develop competitive pricing strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality submissions.


Client and Network Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies (APBN, APBD), state-owned enterprises (BUMN), and private sector clients.
  • Utilize existing networks to identify and secure new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential projects.


Negotiation and Communication:
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and stakeholders to achieve favourable outcomes for the company.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals and deliverable.


Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and project pipeline to senior management.


The Successful Applicant

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the construction industry, with a focus on infrastructure projects such as toll roads and bridges.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling tenders and securing projects through APBN, APBD, BUMN, and private/local channels.
  • Experience in developing and managing Tender Budget Plans and participating in e-catalog tenders.


Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.


Additional Qualifications:
  • Established network within APBN, APBD, and BUMN projects is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the construction and infrastructure sector.
