Job Description

  • Lead sales strategy and execution across key banking and FSI accounts.
  • Identify and drive new revenue opportunities in core infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to present value-driven proposals.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers across Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks and other Financial services industry players
  • Deliver quarterly forecasts and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Lead a team of sales to achieve the target quota

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with a strong track record in the FSI sector.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital banking tools.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a hunter mindset.
  • Experienced in leading a team with strategical sales mindset is preferred
