Job Description
- Lead sales strategy and execution across key banking and FSI accounts.
- Identify and drive new revenue opportunities in core infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to present value-driven proposals.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers across Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks and other Financial services industry players
- Deliver quarterly forecasts and meet assigned sales targets.
- Lead a team of sales to achieve the target quota
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with a strong track record in the FSI sector.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital banking tools.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a hunter mindset.
- Experienced in leading a team with strategical sales mindset is preferred
