Job Description

  1. Lead, develop, and coach the Account Managers and other sales team members.
  2. Develop sales strategies for both short-term and long-term growth.
  3. Qualify and secure new local business opportunities and strengthen existing local accounts.
  4. Implement effective local market sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Identify, respond to, and resolve business issues for clients, providing win-win solutions that add value.
  6. Close sales by effectively communicating the value of the station's solutions and how they meet customer needs and business objectives.
  7. Develop new business, accounts, and channels.
  8. Achieve sales revenue targets, as well as margin and profit goals quarterly and annually.

The Successful Applicant

  1. MBA degree in International Business, Management, Marketing, or related discipline.
  2. Professional experience required:
    1. 11-15 years in Sales.
    2. 10 years in Banking, Fintech, or Payment industry.
    3. At least 5 years as a Sales Director.
  3. Strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
  4. Proven project management skills with successful project delivery track record.
  5. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
