Job Description
- Lead, develop, and coach the Account Managers and other sales team members.
- Develop sales strategies for both short-term and long-term growth.
- Qualify and secure new local business opportunities and strengthen existing local accounts.
- Implement effective local market sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify, respond to, and resolve business issues for clients, providing win-win solutions that add value.
- Close sales by effectively communicating the value of the station's solutions and how they meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Develop new business, accounts, and channels.
- Achieve sales revenue targets, as well as margin and profit goals quarterly and annually.
The Successful Applicant
- MBA degree in International Business, Management, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Professional experience required:
- 11-15 years in Sales.
- 10 years in Banking, Fintech, or Payment industry.
- At least 5 years as a Sales Director.
- Strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
- Proven project management skills with successful project delivery track record.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
