You will give leadership to the whole regional team, recommend the most efficient processes, and drive sales.
• Take full sales and cash-flow responsibility for the Nord Minerals business in Indonesia.
• Build an efficient branch network.
• Develop and inspire the sales team.
• Assure sustainable and profitable business growth.
• Create and implement effective business plans.
Requirements:
• Higher education.
• 5+ years experience in B2B mining sales.
• Good knowledge of the mining customers in the Indonesian market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Reporting: to the Vice-President of Sales.
