Job Descriptions:
  • Seek out potential customers using outbound lead generation strategies and contact prospects directly.
  • Understand the product’s market, qualify and score the viability of the leads to improve lead quality.
  • Generate fresh lead generation tactics according to the needs and market demand and improve our outreach.
  • Foster a good working relationship with potential clients and follow up on all generated leads.
  • Mentor and maintain SDR: Lead Generation team performance.
  • Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for their team.
  • Provide feedback to the internal team based on interactions with leads.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiar with the latest lead generation techniques, lead management systems, and the basics of online marketing.
  • Familiar with lead generation tools such as SalesQL, Lusha, FindThatLead, etc.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in the B2B industry as a Lead Generation or Sales Development Representative.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for feedback.
  • Huge plus: experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers. Comfortable working in a small, distributed team.
