Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or SaaS environment.
  • Fluent in English communication, both verbal and written.

Location: All around Indonesia (WFH)

Job Descriptions:
  1. Identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
  2. Develop inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  3. Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives to develop the sales pipeline.
  4. Build rapport and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or SaaS environment.
  3. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Experience with CRM systems and sales development tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  5. Knowledge of sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale).
