Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

1. Identify and source potential prospects through various channels, such as social media, company databases, or industry events.
2. Conduct research to understand the needs and profiles of potential customers.
3. Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, or messages to introduce the company's products or services.
4. Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular, personalized communication.
5. Schedule meetings or presentations between qualified prospects and the Business Development team.
6. Track and report sales activities, including the number of calls made, prospects contacted, and meetings scheduled.
