Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate prospects on the features and benefits of the fintech products/services.

- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of fintech solutions for new clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of business modeling in the fintech industry, including revenue streams, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition models.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable, as it would be advantageous for engaging with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
