Sales Data Analyst

As a one of top company in the fashion retail industry, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Data Analyst to join our team in Bandung, West Java.

Responsibilities

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and business challenges.
2. Create informative and easy-to-understand reports and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
3. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies based on data insights.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand market targets, customer demands, and product preferences.
5. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance sales performance.
6. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales database.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales data analysis or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization software.
4. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Passion for sales and a desire to contribute to business growth.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
7. Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL.
8. Familiarity with tools such as MySQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
9. Understanding of machine learning is a plus.
10. Strong communication and presentation skills.
11. Ability to create effective reports and presentations.

Available to join immediately & willing to work onsite (WFO) at our Bandung office.
