Job Descriptions:

1. Manage and assist the sales team to meet sales targets.
2. Lead new business development in specific segments or projects.
3. Assist customers with new product development.
4. Handle customer inquiries and requests.
5. Supervise and support assigned team members.
6. Forecast sales and purchases.
7. Conduct sales data analysis and prepare reports for management.

Job Requirements:

1. Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Bahasa and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is essential.
2. University degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or merchandising, preferably in garment, sports apparel, or backpack fields.
3. Experience in metal plating is highly preferred.
4. Proficient in PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese & English word processing.
5. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Leadership qualities, proactive, self-motivated, and responsible.
7. Customer-oriented with a team spirit; outgoing personality is a plus.
