About the Challenge:

As a Sales Counter, you will play a key role in assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor. You'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of each client.

Requirements:

1. Possess a bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable institution. Fresh graduate(s) are welcome to apply.
2. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
3. Demonstrate a passion for automotive sales, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and a drive to meet sales targets.
4. Present a strong understanding of automotive sales processes, including customer consultations, product presentations, and negotiation techniques.
5. Exhibit a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to solve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products, providing product information, and processing orders.
2. Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, returns, and exchanges.
3. Maintain an organized and clean sales counter area, ensuring products are well-stocked and presented.
4. Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and promotions.
5. Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and items are ordered as needed.
