SALES COORDINATOR

• Manage the selling system to achieve corporate sales objectives.
• Be involved in setting up the distribution network in the designated area and identifying end users.
• Create a work plan and strategy for visiting customers to monitor customer demands and market development.
• Monitor and analyze the development of customer needs, sales plans, and credit.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening new ones.
• Build and maintain good business relationships with customers and evaluate customer complaints and feedback.
• Effectively coach and develop a high-performing sales team.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in Sales with demonstrated success as a strong performer in the sanitary and homeware field.
• Experience marketing products in Traditional and Modern Markets.
• Preferably a Supervisor/Coordinator specializing in Sales - General or equivalent.
• Excellent selling skills, including strong communication and negotiation skills, and a good approach to customers.
• Good public speaking, leadership skills, and supervisory management.
• Able to communicate in English or Mandarin.
