Job Description

  • Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, and other sales documents in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update client database with accurate information,
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and revenue analysis for management review.
  • Support the team in organizing site inspections and client visits.
  • Liaise with relevant hotel departments (e.g., Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Banquet) to ensure smooth execution of group bookings, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensuring details are communicated accurately.
  • Monitor event timelines and provide on-site support when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
