About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Consultant (Construction) to join our dynamic team at VIVERE GROUP. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the construction industry across Tangerang Banten. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your sales expertise and build lasting relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, engage, and convert new clients in the construction industry
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Contribute to the overall sales and revenue growth of the company
• Participate in ongoing product and industry training to enhance your expertise

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field
