Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Willing to work in shift system in Pontianak.
• Fresh graduates welcome with good work attitude.
• Experience in optometry, retail, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vision examinations and eyeglass measurements.

• Assist with vision examinations according to competence and supervisor direction
• Perform eyeglass measurements according to training and standard operating procedures
• Record examination data and customer needs carefully
• Help check quality and adjust eyeglasses
• Explain eyeglass usage and care to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of examination equipment
• Welcome customers in a friendly manner and understand their needs
• Help customers select frames that suit comfort, style, and budget
• Explain lens options and benefits according to examination results
• Communicate pricing, promotions, and warranty information clearly and honestly
• Record orders and follow up on the process until eyeglass delivery
• Maintain display neatness and comfort of the service area
• Achieve sales targets through professional service
