Job Descriptions

  1. Manage sales management process - pipeline, account planning, CRM and proposal to meet target
  2. Research or market survey for new business opportunity, trend and strategy for sales growth to meet sales target
  3. Collect and analyze data to build a strong strategy and improve sales process productivity
  4. Lead and coordinate with related parties both internal and external to achieve the operation and sales target.
  5. Prospect and pitch new user / new business opportunities to meet sales target
  6. Develop and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain business
  7. Monitor and manage users’ performance, including discuss some strategies to improve and grow their achievement

Job Requirements

  1. 7+ years of sales, lead generation, strategic planning or account management experience
  2. Previous sales experience in 3PL company preferred
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to feel comfortable in a high intensity, KPI driven, sales environment.
  5. Strong research and analytical skills – able to organize data to identify opportunities
  6. Able to work either individually or in teams, excellent in leadership skills
  7. Resourceful, highly motivated and self-driven with a strong work ethic
  8. Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
