Job Description

1. Oversee every strategic direction and operational plan to develop and manage Evermos Community.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies that effectively support business and marketing objectives.
3. Lead the development of Evermos community program to continue growth through relevant activities and benefits.
4. Identify and maintain strategic partnerships with external communities and institutions.
5. Lead Evermos Field Community Team to achieve its goals and targets.
6. Analyze and report the effectiveness of every community activity.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 4 years of proven work experience in community management.
3. Experienced in leading a dynamic team of exceptional talents.
4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Focus on targets.
6. Reliable and good team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
7. Required to travel and work outside of working hours.
