Doing online & offline canvassing to get new leads pipeline
Prospect and pitch new user / new business opportunities to meet sales target
Negotiate & create commercial deals by finding out what potential client needs
Helping new customers to understand the value of our product or service through onboarding process
Develop and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain business
Monitor and manage users’ performance, including discussing some strategies to improve and grow their achievement
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of sales, lead generation, or account management experience
Previous sales experience in SaaS company preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner, willing to learn new things
Ability to feel comfortable in a high intensity, KPI driven, sales environment
Able to work either individually or in teams
Resourceful, highly motivated and self-driven with a strong work ethic
Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
Strong analytical skills – able to organize data to identify opportunities
