Job Description
- Doing online & offline canvassing to get new leads pipeline.
- Prospect and pitch new user / new business opportunities to meet sales target.
- Negotiate & create commercial deals by finding out what potential clients need.
- Helping new customers to understand the value of our product or service through the onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain business.
- Monitor and manage users’ performance, including discussing some strategies to improve and grow their achievement.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales, lead generation, or account management experience.
- Previous sales experience in a SaaS company preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner, willing to learn new things.
- Ability to feel comfortable in a high intensity, KPI driven, sales environment.
- Able to work either individually or in teams.
- Resourceful, highly motivated and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills – able to organize data to identify opportunities.
