We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support our sales activities under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Senior Sales Managers, collaborating closely with the Business Development team.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete Hilton University courses and pass assessments promptly.
  • Maintain organized filing, tracing, and correspondence systems.
  • Respond to all incoming correspondence within 24 hours and ensure proper filing or tracing.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions with Sales & Marketing team members and other departments.
  • Prepare and send quotations and contracts to travel agents and tour operators.
  • Manage mailing lists and handle mail activities efficiently.
  • Coordinate sales activities and ensure promotional materials are available at all times.
  • Communicate effectively within the hotel and with external clients, maintaining professionalism and ethics.
  • Participate in departmental briefings and team meetings.
  • Assist in hotel inspections and inform clients of updates and promotions.
  • Handle special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.
Qualifications:
  • University degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international hotel chain.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
  • Experience in hotel operations and good teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and marketing strategies.
