We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales / BD Manager to join our Indonesia team. In this role, you will be the crucial link between Indonesian families and world-class healthcare in China.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively develop and manage relationships with local channels including medical agents, private clinics, health check-up centers, and healthcare communities to generate high-quality patient leads.

Execute weekly outreach and visitation plans to maintain a steady pipeline of potential patients.

Collaborate closely with our doctors to follow up with patient inquiries, collect medical records, and coordinate remote consultations, ensuring patients receive the best treatment solutions.

Regularly introduce channel partners to the latest services, technologies, and successful case studies from leading Chinese hospitals; provide training, materials, and ongoing support to maximize referral activity.

Maintain accurate daily records of patient leads and conversion progress; prepare weekly summary reports for the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in medicine, healthcare, or related fields).

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or healthcare industry preferred.

Fluent in Indonesian and English (Mandarin is a strong plus).

Strong client acquisition and relationship-building skills.

Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Work Location: Jakarta
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Salary: IDR 10–15 million/month (negotiable) + performance-based commission
