A leading provider of warehouse technology solutions in Indonesia is looking for a proactive Sales – Business Development professional. In this role, you will build client relationships and drive sales for their advanced warehouse solutions. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Engineering are preferred, along with relevant experience in B2B sales.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales – Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, crafting tailored solution proposals, and driving end-to-end sales processes. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and supporting the growth of our warehouse technology solutions.
Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans.
Create tailored solution proposals based on client needs and requirements.
Lead the end-to-end sales process including negotiation and deal closure.
Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities.
Ensure all sales activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.
Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and competitors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with exceptional achievements are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
Familiarity or experience with ERP, Logistics, Supply Chain processes, Warehousing, and B2B sales.
Proactive, communicative, and highly motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
Strong team player with the ability to contribute, lead, and take responsibility.
Work location in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
