Job description

Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B or B2C partners that align with our brand values and target audience

Develop and manage a pipeline of potential partners, including outreach strategy, communication, and follow-ups.

Negotiate partnership terms and close deals that are mutually beneficial and sustainable.

Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, creative) to activate and maximize partnership impact.

Maintain and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key partners.

Track, analyze, and report on outreach efforts, partnership performance, and conversion rates.

Proactively contribute ideas for new business opportunities, collaborations, or strategic actions to grow the brand.

Requirements

Minimum S1 Qualifications

Speaks fluent English (Bahasa Indonesia is a given)

Have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experiences

Enjoys interacting with people and building connections.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, with a track record of successful brand deals or collaborations.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — comfortable engaging with partners from diverse backgrounds.

Confident in pitching ideas, negotiating deals, and presenting partnership concepts.

Proactive, target-driven, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple leads and follow through.

Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).

Strong interest or experience in the travel, tourism, or experience-based industry is a plus.

Highly adaptable and flexible — able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-moving environment.

Curious and eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset.

Willing to work hybrid — based Jakarta with flexibility for in-person meetings when needed.

A team player with strong integrity, professionalism, and responsibility.
