A leading company in the F&B sector in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales Manager to develop B2B strategies and manage a sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in F&B or Horeca, and strong networking skills. This role involves building relationships with corporate clients and preparing sales forecasts and reports.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Marketing, Management, or Hospitality).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in F&B, Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Café), Corporate Catering, or Retail.
Experience in leading a sales team is an advantage.
Strong networking in the B2B segment: corporations, hotels, restaurants, cafés, event organizers, wedding organizers, and institutions.
Ability to develop B2B sales strategies, including pricing, bundling, and loyalty programs for corporate clients.
Proficiency in Ms. Excel/Spreadsheets and business presentations.
Develop B2B sales strategies to increase company revenue from corporate and institutional segments.
Create business plans, sales forecasts, and set annual & monthly B2B sales targets.
Identify new market opportunities (e.g., corporate meeting packages, corporate hampers, office events, weddings, etc.).
Build and expand a pipeline of corporate customers (hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, schools, event organizers, weddings).
Prepare and deliver proposals (customized packages, bulk orders, corporate memberships).
Maintain long-term relationships with corporate customers.
Build, train, and manage the B2B sales team.
Provide coaching and mentoring to improve team performance.
Monitor team sales KPIs and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create promotional materials specifically for B2B.
Coordinate with Operations & Production teams to ensure product availability and service quality according to corporate contracts.
Work with Finance regarding invoicing, payments, and contracts.
Prepare weekly & monthly B2B sales reports for management.
Analyze sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement strategies.
