Job Title: Sales Associate, Service

Otis is growing, and we are recruiting a Service Sales Associate. This role helps achieve sales growth through maintaining an existing portfolio, obtaining new business, and selling modernization and repairs as required.

On a typical day you will:

  1. Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  3. Develop repair and sales opportunities through networking, bids, and tenders.
  4. Create your own sales strategy to meet sales targets and ensure profitability.
  5. Use Otis’ sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
  6. Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring timely payments.
  7. Collaborate with team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • A business or technical degree or completed training as a technician or business administrator.
  • At least 2 years of experience in selling technical products requiring consultation.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to deliver results.
  • Target-focused, able to work efficiently in a demanding, complex organization.
