Job summary

Job description

Develop and implement sales plans to promote IAS products to end users.

Prepare and deliver sales quotations and reports in a timely manner.

Proactively engage with customers and end users to achieve sales targets.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers.

Conduct site visits and perform fieldwork outside the office as assigned.

Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities and provide weekly (daily during the initial phase) updates to the line manager.

Provide frontline and after-sale service responses and support to customers, coordinating with HQ for unresolved issues.

Requirements:

Preferred Higher Diploma or above in Agriculture, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.

Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time, including rural areas.

Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.

Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Residency Requirements for candidates currently residing in Sumatra or Kalimantan are preferred.
