Job Openings: Sales,Export-Import, Warehouse & Logistics Staff
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team in the following roles:
1. Export-Import Staff
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Ensure compliance with international and Indonesian trade regulations
Maintain communication with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams
Manage document filing and audit readiness
Requirements:
D3/Bachelor’s in International Trade, Logistics, or related field
1–2 years of experience in export-import preferred
Familiar with Incoterms & Indonesian customs procedures
Fluent in english and mandarin
Able to manage multiple shipments under pressure
2. Warehouse Staff
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, label, and store goods (FIFO/FEFO methods)
Prepare and dispatch goods for production/export
Maintain stock accuracy in WMS/manual systems
Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
Requirements:
D3 or equivalent education
Experience in warehouse operations preferred
Detail-oriented, physically fit, and organized
Familiarity with stock management systems is a plus
3.Logistic staff
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate deliveries
Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery
Manage delivery documents and logistics reports
Liaise with transport providers and internal teams
Requirements:
D3 or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
Min. 1 year of experience in logistics preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work under tight schedules

Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell Webest Interlining’s products and services, understanding
customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.
• Drive the process of gaining nominations and successfully negotiating and closing
• Ensure the satisfaction of existing customers through consistent communication
and problem-solving.
• Travel to customer locations within and outside of Jakarta/Solo as required to expand and
maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and
product offerings.
• Utilize data analysis and market insights to craft effective presentations and
marketing strategies.
• Actively contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business development goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the garment and textile industry to ensure
product offerings remain competitive.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally within the textile or
• D3 or Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with online marketing, branding, and digital channels is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Willingness to travel both within and outside of Jakarta as necessary.
• Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A growth mindset with a willingness to adapt to new ways of working.
• Excellent presentation and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
