Job description

Job Description :
- Manage sales data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, price quotations, order processing, and invoicing.
- Input and update customer data and order status in the system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams regarding shipping schedules and order status.
- Handle sales documentation such as Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Invoices.
- Provide prompt and accurate administrative support to the sales team and customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and supporting documents.
- Assist with document filing and maintain data organization.
- Support the follow-up process for billing or accounts receivable, if needed.
- Handle sales team reimbursement administration, from document receipt and verification to data input in the system for disbursement purposes.

Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English.
- Strong coordination and administrative skills.
- Experience handling sales support tasks: quotation, PO, SO, invoice, and customer follow-up.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Able to join immediately or within short notice.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive in communication.
