About the role

Artha Inti Mentari' is seeking a talented Sales Area Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Tangerang Banten, you will be responsible for coordinating and analysing sales activities across our defined sales region. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company and develop your skills in sales analysis and reporting.

What you'll be doing

Manage day to day operations with budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

Ensure that all outlets in the area provide good internal and external service.

Identify customer needs and proactively respond to customer needs.

Lead, recruit, train and assess talented personnel.

Set targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures.

Provide two-way communication and maintain an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.

Make plans and reports on sales results and operational productivity to the Manager.

Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region

Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular updates and recommendations

Identify and propose new sales tools or processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

Provide training, development, and guidance to the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Supervise and ensure that outlet operations run smoothly and in accordance with applicable SOPs.

Coordinate all team activities in managing the cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet and provide and be responsible for the results of the work carried out by the team.

Conduct regular training and evaluation of Team performance.

Responsible for achieving predetermined sales targets.

Monitor the availability of goods at the outlet.

Analyze market developments, products and competitor promotions.

Plan events or promotions that will be run to help outlet sales.

Conduct routine visits and inspections to all outlets according to the predetermined schedule.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales analysis or reporting role, preferably within the Sales industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations

Proficient in using sales reporting and analytics tools, such as CRM software and spreadsheet applications

Knowledge of sales performance metrics and key industry trends

A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to work closely with the sales team
