Job summary

Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English and the ability to travel are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Overview

PT InoDia is a new rapidly growing company that specializes in selling innovative and high-tech medical equipment from US and Western European suppliers. The company plans to expand aggressively in providing innovative medical solution for the medical needs in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and technical support to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide technical product application requirements to customers, e.g., troubleshooting, application introduction and product training.
• Support and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Provide technical training to the sales team.
• Understand customers’ area of research to introduce suitable products to them.
• Participate in sales meetings to share information gathered from the market.
• Plan and execute marketing activities: e.g., seminars, CME, workshop and exhibition.

Position Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or PhD Degree in Chemistry / Biology, chemistry, Molecular Biology or related studies.
• Study or working experience related to molecular biology research/molecular diagnostics will be preferred.
• Have experience with ELISA and fully automated instruments.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in applications or technical support for Biotechnology or Diagnostic products.
• Knowledge of Molecular Biology topics.
• Knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), RT-PCR, PCR, DNA or RNA.
• Able to work independently and a good team player.
• Good communication skills in BAHASA and English.
• Able to travel local and outstation.
