Outdoor Field Sales & Application Engineer Position

We are seeking a proactive Outdoor Field Sales & Application Engineer with a hunter mentality to promote our gas analyzer and water analyzer products in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve assigned sales targets and collections.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
3. Understand customer applications and recommend value-added solutions.
4. Support technical aspects of solutions as needed.
5. Gather and report customer feedback, market situations, and sales results to management.
6. Assist in other marketing activities as directed by management.
7. Participate in on-the-job training provided by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering with a GPA above 3.0.
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial sales; experience with field instruments and analyzers is highly relevant but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with water projects in Indonesia.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia.
• Holder of a Category A driver’s license.
