Job description

Sales and Service Engineer (Based in Jakarta)

· Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

· Able to monitor and analyze wastewater test parameters, possess good communication skills, and provide technical support such as troubleshooting, performance improvement, and other customer requests.

· Engage in continual improvement, productivity, and efficiency with customers by performing data and performance analysis, reporting, and following up on actions.

· Perform "hands-on" servicing of accounts, including but not limited to water testing, installation and maintenance of equipment, and visual inspections of systems when necessary.

· Schedule service and sales calls, including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

· Identify new business needs and opportunities, and develop and implement customized solutions for customers.

· Submit technical reports in English.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates from Chemical Engineering are preferred. Training will be provided.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related Engineering/Technology fields with a minimum of 3 years of technical experience in wastewater treatment management will be considered.
• Knowledge of operating WWTP or STP, including Biological Treatment, is mandatory.
• Resume must be in English.
