Our client, an advertising / marketing agency specifically for influencers and talents, is looking for a Sales and Partnership Director with details as below.
Responsibilities:
Hitting annual revenue target set by the management
Sales team Management and Leadership, incl. managing the workflow and processes of the sales team and empowering / grooming the team to fulfill company’s objective
Communicating and managing relationship with clients, stakeholders, and business partners
Bringing in new client partnership and relationship to fulfil (Revenue), (Relationship), and (Reputation) objective
Management of Product Profitability
Developing new revenue stream and products beyond the company’s current offer
Identifying new opportunity in the market related to the company’s current product and offering
Developing and executing business strategy in alignment with company’s bigger vision
Leading and developing the sales team to hit their assigned KPI
Working cross-division to achieve company objective and revenue target
Requirements:
10-15 years Sales Experience in ADVERTISING OR MARKETING AGENCY (must)
Proven ability in Sales Leadership and Management (leading the team and grooming/promoting managers)
Exposure in Enterprise / B2B Environment, especially in Technology with proven track record as a solid sales and high performer in achieving and even exceeding, sales targets
Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network with clients, partners, and team
Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly
C-Level Engagement and Account Management
Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM
Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides)
